2010 Physics (beta version)
Hi… as promised & after long waiting here is the 2010 physics. Before anything this is a BETA… significant aero/chassis/tyres changes to produce more mechanical grip were implemented.
1) Experimental calculations in downforce coefficient & drag ratio, X Y Z-axis, long wheelbase, CoG Height, weight distribution, center of pressure, old mechanical grip & weight is 620Kg;
2) Revised F/R, lateral/longitudinal grip, slip angle, radius & weight based on spreadsheets (project RC365STB – slick tyres) coming from Cooper – Avon website at http://avonracing.com ;
3) Pack has been tested on a standard gp4 install & w/ 2009 Trackpack V1.3 (CSM-ZAZTools);
4) Other experimental techniques and observations based on datas coming from Lola’s website at http://lola-group.com were also applied.
